Butler America LabVIEW Software Engineer P3 in Burnsville, Minnesota
LabVIEW Software Engineer P3 Location: Burnsville, MN Job ID: #69304 Pay Range: $55-68/hr Duration: 24 months
US Citizen candidates only Primary Responsibilities:
Works with managers, engineers, and technicians to identify and resolve gaps between the current software capabilities and the requirements of standards as well as clients.
Independently completes software projects.
Independently maintains and upgrades existing software.
Works with internal clients to customize software to meet their testing requirements.
Handles multiple projects at once and prioritizes independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations OR Advanced degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
3 years of experience in LabVIEW.
Experience in hardware/software integration and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or similar.
Experience in VB and/or VBA.
Experience working in the aerospace and/or defense industry.
Experience working in a lab environment.
