Robert Half HR Coordinator in Burnsville, Minnesota

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in the high tech - electronics industry based in Burnsville, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and refining the onboarding process, coordinating interviews, and serving as the primary point of contact post-offer. You will also be responsible for supporting intern/co-op recruiting efforts and managing new vendors, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for all post-offer communication and logistics

• Manage and refine the onboarding process for new hires

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including travel arrangements when necessary

• Support recruitment efforts for internships and co-op positions

• Oversee all pre-employment activities and coordinate first-day schedules for new hires

• Manage relationships with new vendors and handle the introduction of new systems and processes

• Ensure a balance between process orientation and attention to candidate experience

• Anticipate and resolve issues in the onboarding process proactively

• Maintain a strong commitment to follow-up and develop solutions for interrupted workflows

• Partner closely with HR BPs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization. Requirements

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential for managing financial aspects related to human resources.

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required for effective workforce management.

• Comprehensive understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is crucial for efficient data exchange.

• Experience with Ceridian for managing HR, payroll, benefits and workforce management.

• Knowledge of Dayforce is required for efficient human capital management.

• Ability to use About Time for accurate time tracking and project management.

• Strong auditing skills are essential for ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR processes.

• Should be capable of conducting comprehensive background checks to ensure the hiring of reliable and suitable candidates.

• Proficiency in benefit functions is necessary for managing employee benefits and compensation.

• Excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with employees, management and other stakeholders.
