Description
Are you searching for a role working for a highly regarded Real Estate & Property company? Robert Half may have the Property Accountant position for you! Your talents will be used to process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and reconcile accounts. Candidate should be open to helping around the office in areas of filing, data entry, Excel spreadsheets etc. This Property Accountant role is based in Burlingame (100% in office position), California with a company in the Real Estate field.
How you will make an impact
Process full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Yardi
Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Help with areas needed such as data entry, filing, making copies and creating Excel spreadsheets
Requirements
Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
BA/BS in Accounting, Open to experience in place of degree as long as candidate has strong Yardi experience
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Yardi experience
Experience in SOX control execution/documentation
Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision
Skilled with Yardi mandatory
Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
