The Walt Disney Company Credit & Title Administration Manager in Burbank, California
The Credit & Title Administration Manager handles all aspects of the credit and titles process in support of 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures theatrical and streaming releases.
Responsibilities:
Manage credits process on assigned productions and acquisitions
Prepare, proof and approve main titles and end titles
Draft and/or summarize paid advertising memos
Review and approve print and audio/visual advertising marketing materials (e.g. one sheets, trailers, TV spots), publicity releases, press notes and award campaign materials for contractual and guild compliance
Register, clear, and track motion picture title registrations with the MPA
Conduct research on credits and titles as needed
Liaise with unions and guilds, including fulfilling documentation needed for arbitration or other legal matters
Manage and/or assist with other department projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of applicable legal procedures, terminology, policies, and standards
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Please note that this position will required to be at the office 4 days a week.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $77,100.00 to $103,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
