ManpowerGroup Pharmacy Materials Coordinator in Buffalo, New York

Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Materials Coordinator to join their team. As a Pharmacy Materials Coordinator, you will be part of the Inventory Receiving Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pharmacy Materials Coordinator

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

Hours:

Monday 8:00am-4:30pm

Tuesday 7:00am-3:30pm

Wednesday 7:00am-3:30pm

Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm

Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Process inventory workflow of the facility in accordance with daily goals and functions.

  • Adhere to and comply with policies, procedures/SOPs, and safety guidelines of the facility.

  • Communicate with peers and supervisors about operational concerns and assist in resolving these issues as they arise.

  • Perform inventory management functions such as receiving, product put-away, and cycle counts.

  • Provide peer support and mentoring to fellow employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.

What's Needed?

  • Requires 1+ years of related experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Knowledge or familiarity with production and inventory functions is preferred.

  • Ability to meet company-established attendance requirements and guidelines.
