Manufacturing environment for product assembly, inspection and packaging activities in an electronic component industry, using established methods and procedures in a certified Quality Management System.
Essential Job Functions -Ability to interpret engineered drawings and ability to lift 50 lbs. -Abilities Required -Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, attention to detail, critical thinking, organizational skills, some computer/ERP proficiency.
Responsibilities Confers with Quality Assurance and Engineering to establish production specifications and quality control standards. Coordinates, along with the Operations Director, flow of work within manufacturing department of facility to expedite production and meet customer demand. Processes work orders from Operations Director, denoting part number, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced, following all established procedures. Inspection if all incoming materials to procedures using established specifications. Final inspection of finished product to procedures using established specifications. Processes all shipping activities for delivery of customer orders to packing slip specifications. Participates in establishment of all ISO manufacturing procedures with Quality Assurance. Participates in all inventory control processes.
