Job Description:

This position will supervise the overall function and operations of nursing education. The incumbent(s) of this position will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the clinical educational functions of the Department. The incumbent, incorporating learning theory and cutting edge educational practice will work collaboratively with nursing leadership to structure and develop diverse educational program to meet the needs of Kaleida Health patients and families, students, orientees and all nursing staff.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Current NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse. Master’s degree in Nursing or Education required. Five years of recent educational experience required. Experience in curriculum development, program planning and teaching as well as familiarity with education software teaching packages. Five years of previous related clinical experience required as an RN in an acute care setting.

$83,498-$128,816 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
