Job Description:

This position is responsible for the supervision of the general accounting area. It is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of financial data. Areas of responsibility include: capital tracking, miscellaneous accounts receivable billing, cash and investment reconciliations, cash management, grant reporting, accounting deposit, special purpose fund reporting, gift shop reporting, surveys, operating budget preparation, annual cost report data, payroll tax deposits and reporting, variance analysis, annual audit, and preparation of monthly financial statements.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science in Accounting, Finance or similar required. MBA preferred. 2 years of experience in a supervisory role required. 4 years of experience in accounting function of a large organization or Public Accounting firm required.
