Responsibilities: * Prepare and review corporate tax returns and supporting documentation. * Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels. * Analyze financial data to identify areas for tax savings and process improvements. * Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tax reporting. * Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate potential impacts to the organization. * Assist in tax planning and strategy development to minimize the company's tax liability. * Respond to tax authorities' inquiries and audits in a timely and effective manner. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of tax processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications: * 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting * Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations. * Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and collaboration abilities. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Education: * Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications: * Certified Public Accountant, CPA * Master of Business Administration, MBA * Experience using ONESOURCE
