One Family.Purpose StatementThe Corporate Insurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigating insurance-related risks.This position is responsible for securing new policies, maintaining and updating existing company insurance programs in order to provide the most favorable coverage, cost, terms, and claim settlements for all types of insurance other than those connected with employee benefits. They will coordinate all insurance related issues with broker as needed, manage relationships with insurance brokers & insurance carriers, identify exposures & recommend solutions to mitigate risks, and prepare loss metrics.Rich Family Personal Insurance - Responsible for securing new policies, maintaining and updating existing personal insurance programs in order to provide the most favorable coverage, cost, terms and claim settlements for all types of insurance.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesInsurance Program Management:Develop and implement comprehensive insurance programs to protect the company's assets and operations.Conduct regular reviews of insurance policies and coverage to ensure they remain adequate and competitive.Negotiate and manage relationships with insurance brokers and carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing.Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to stay informed and adapt insurance programs accordingly.Risk Management:Identify, assess, and manage insurance-related risks across the organization.Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to mitigate potential losses.Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential risks.Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential risksClaims Management:Oversee the claims management process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of claims. Work closely with legal on contract language for contractual risk transferWork with insurance carriers and adjusters to resolve claims effectively.Monitor claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and legal requirements.Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and claims.Manage Certificate of insurance processConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.Leadership:Supervise Sr. Claims administrator to coordinate and support Corporate Workers Compensation (Current and Historical) and other line claims.Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.Financial Management:Develop and manage the insurance budget. Prepare allocations for plants and global marketsManage the issuance & renewal of Letter of Credits and Insurance BondsMonitor insurance costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.Prepare and present insurance reports to management.Work with Treasurer & EVP/CFO on ERM initiativeAssist with acquisition / divestiture due diligence and integration process for insurance & risk managementOccasional backup for daily cash process.Coordinate Rich Family personal insuranceKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBS in Business, Finance, Risk Management or a related field5 -7 Years of broad insurance experienceKnowledge and experience in Workers' CompBroker experienceStrong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Preferred but not required: Relevant certifications, e.g., CPCU, ARMAble to work on cross-functional teams and interact across all departmentsAbility to work independently without constant oversight.Ability to prioritize and deal with conflicting workload requirements#LI-BE2#CORP123COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
