Description:
Purpose: We are seeking an Associate Project Manager - Facilities to join our team. Our Facilities team plays a critical role in maintaining and improving our physical spaces, ensuring they align with our high standards and support our business needs. Essential Functions:
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of facilities-related projects, including renovations, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Budget Management: Support the creation and management of project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams (operations, IT, security, etc.) and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Demonstrate the standards and principles of the Five Star Bank experience in every interaction with internal and external customers, associates, and stakeholders. Incorporate the high-performance behaviors of teamwork, leading by example, and service in every facet of work.
Job Related Qualifications:
Required:
- Education: Associate’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Facilities Management or related field, preferred
- Prior Experience: 1+ years of experience in project management, facilities, construction or related fields.
- Licenses or Accreditation: PMP certification or similar, preferred.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to positively lead and work cooperatively and effectively with all levels of staff to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions to achieve company-wide results.
- Familiarity with building systems, maintenance processes, and regulatory standards (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
- Able to regularly sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to regularly stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
- Able to travel: Extensively
- Extensive computer usage is required.
- Ability to work: Evenings and weekends occasionally

Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained.
