Senior Project Manager

Feladatok:

• A projekt céljának és tevékenységének definiálása.

• A tevékenységek pontos specifikálása, ütemezése,

• Irányítja a projekt cselekvési ütemtervében meghatározott feladatok végrehajtását.

• Menedzseli a projekttevékenységek megvalósítását végzők munkáját.

• Kapcsolattartás a megbízóval, a felhasználóval és az illeszkedő szervezetekkel,

• Döntéshozatal a kritikus pontokon,

• Elősegíti a belső folyamatok szervezését, a szerződések megkötését

• A projekt munkájában résztvevők feladatvégzéséről teljesítésigazolást állít ki, melyet át ad a pénzügyi vezetőnek

• Működteti a kommunikációs rendszert

• Elkészíti a Projekt előrehaladási és megtérülési jelentéseket.

• A projekt zárásához kapcsolódó szakmai és gazdasági elszámolást elkészíti.

• Folyamatosan kapcsolatot tart a társaság egyéb részlegeivel (kereskedelem, logisztika, pénzügy), ezáltal a projekt teljes életciklusát nyomon követi.

• A projektben definiált határidők betartatása

• A projekt megtérülési mutatóinak nyomon követése és szinten tartása

• Projekt dokumentáció és bizonylatok napra készen tartása

Elvárások:

• Felsőfokú végzettség

• Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás

• Projekt menedzseri munkakörben, nemzetközi vállalatnál szerzett minimum 8 év tapasztalat, ebből legalább 3 év IT területen

• MS Office felhasználói szintű ismerete

• „B” kategóriás vezetői engedély

• Ügyfélorientált gondolkodásmód

• Precíz, rendszerszintű gondolkodásmód, proaktív szemlélet
