Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Product Owner at Randstad Enterprise will own the end-to-end product delivery of our more complex products. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the end to end product development lifecycle including gathering requirements from our clients, translating business requirements to technical specifications and delivering within set timelines

  • Provide strategic advisory support on the right digital solutions to meet client requirements

  • Understanding client processes, tools and requirements

  • Solving escalations and adjusting client’s needs to our solutions

  • Working with and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders (clients, leadership, account managers, other teams)

  • Translating complex technical updates to a non tech audience

  • Opportunity to people manage in the future

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role with experience in HR technology, eg.: tech solutions for HR, workforce scheduling tools, chatbots, digital assessments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills and ability to adjust communication style based on the audience including effectively communicating to a non-technical audience

  • Hands on product knowledge - experience in a global context managing high complexity products

  • Ability to oversee a product portfolio - capability to plan, prioritize and monitor product development, innovation & change management activities, adequately balancing short, mid and long term and deliver and report on results

  • Previous experience managing PO teams

  • Adeptness in handling dynamically changing expectations from multiple client teams

  • Knowledge of our business/industry would be a big asset

  • Keeping on top of current technology trends and emerging technologies

  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Lean methodologies

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus
