About the role

Credit Risk Analyst supports the business ensuring customers statements are accurate and updated as well as timely collection of the opening balance through:

  • Preparing data analysis in order to support Credit & A/R Manager, Financial Controller and Commercial Finance Director in assessing appropriate credit limit per customer

  • Preparing data analysis in order to support Credit & AR Manager, Financial Controller and Commercial Finance Director in assessing exceptions for order release above credit limit based on Europe SoA

  • Ensuring correct allocation of incoming payment received through direct debit, bank transfers or cheques

  • Connect with internal stakeholders for documents missing in our records, such as credit notes still to be issued or promo invoices yet to be received

  • Coordinating all internal and external stakeholders (Customer Service, Sales, customer’s reference point) to ensure disputes with customers are timely solved

  • Monitoring open balances and follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Sales and/or customer’s reference point) in order to ensure cash collection and overdue minimisation

  • Training and supporting Sales force on compliance with credit policy, CARM controls and Anti Money Laundering procedures.

  • Managing credit insurance policy in order to maximise credit risk coverage

Optimising recovery of potential credit losses through judicial and non-judicial actions. By collecting and providing the correct documentation working in strict contact with Sales Force and customers, therefore ability to manage and engage stakeholders is absolutely necessary

What you will bring

  • High degree in finance, economics, education or communication

  • Prior experience in Cash Cycle processes

  • Previous experience in SAP

  • Fluent English and market specific language knowledge – Italian

  • Finance - Fundamentally understands the financial impact of the transactions and its business implication
