We're hiring an IT Product Lead for Salesforce Mobile CRM!
The Salesforce Mobile IT Product Lead (ITPL) provides product consultation to Corteva's Agile Product teams through collaboration with both business and technology stakeholders. ITPLs are directly responsible for helping the business achieve their goals by serving as a critical role in the Product Development Process, bridging business strategy, process, and technology execution.
As a Technology Leader they contribute by:
Possessing deep product knowledge - maintains Salesforce Mobile product roadmap and business capability roadmap, applying Product best practices
Knowing the Business - works to develop a deep understanding of business process and challenges to help envision unforeseen process/technology capabilities that maximize business value, and can apply mobile strategies to meet business needs
Knowing our Capabilities - develops and leverages broad knowledge of Corteva's enterprise digital capabilities to maximize utilization, reduce time to market, standardize execution, and enable global scalability
Knowing the Industry - develops and maintains current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology, always on the lookout for new technologies, trends, and best practices that elevate the digital experience
As a Builder they contribute by:
Mapping Business Capabilities - understands Corteva business and IT processes to uncover, map, and monitor business processes to assess current state. Identifies standardization and simplification opportunities and emerging requirements for improving business processes.
Crafting the Design - performs needs assessments, defines scope, budget, identifies solutions/risks, and creates high-level solution designs. Creates high level requirements sand acceptance criteria.
Developing the Roadmap - transforms the strategic plan into a rolling product plan, working to gather input from business and technology stakeholders and presenting a balanced view of business and technology priorities, while being able to influence and present trade-offs becomes an increasing expectation.
As an Operator they contribute by:
Managing Product Development Delivery - maintains business capability maps and facilitates product roadmap tactical execution and planning. Creates high-level requirements and acceptance criteria.
Supporting the Team - performs impact and business value assessments for defects, changes, opportunities and ensures overall solution health and technical excellence. Possesses a deep understanding of all product backlog items. Validates and communicates releases to business partners.
How an ITPL works…
Maps Business Capabilities: Collaborates with Business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology counterparts to define and drive the tactical, day-to-day aspects of discovering, validating, documenting and mapping business processes through modelling, simulating and analyzing current and future states
Designs Solutions: partners with UX, Engineers, ITPO and stakeholders to discover needs, provide mock-ups, t-shirt and detailed estimates for holistic solution delivery
Manages Product Roadmap: Partners with the business and IT stakeholders to drive multi-year and annual product strategies; collaborates with ADL, PMs, and delivery teams to guide business aligned execution

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
Demonstrated experience with mobility strategy
Experience designing, troubleshooting, and supporting user experiences with Luminex Pulsar and/or Salesforce Mobile application
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce web and mobile capabilities including in Sales Cloud, Salesforce Mobile or SDK, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, APEX, Force.com, and AppExchange
Working knowledge in the application of User Experience (UX) and User Interaction (UI) best practices in website and mobile application design
Experience with enterprise-level, global Salesforce implementations and migrations
Experience working across multicultural environment and geographically dispersed teams
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Ability to invent process/technology capabilities that users never imagined; can start from scratch
Views ambiguity as opportunity to define and drive business evolution
Can easily structure large amounts of complex information within a process framework
Strong communication skills, including primarily conducting business in English while working with global, multicultural, multilanguage teams
Experience, Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience in business analysis, designing solutions and supporting technology product roadmap maintenance and evolution
4+ years Salesforce-focused experience identifying and designing technical and business requirements, including mobile solutions
Practical experience in agriculture or pharma industry is helpful, but not required
