HR Execution Project Manager

The Process and Program Design team is a group of professional Program and Process Managers within HR Workforce Intelligence Talent Acquisition division, Strategy Solutions Delivery team. Our primary responsibility is to provide Program and Process Management execution leadership to drive implementation strategy and delivery of strategic Initiatives, Programs and Projects; including management of resources, execution delivery, partnership with stakeholder groups including Global Functions Technology (GFT) and the Business Execution team.

As part of the team of diverse and supportive professionals, the main tasks are focused on close collaboration with senior management and various stakeholder groups across HR and Technology divisions to establish strong program foundations and drive the execution of regulatory and business driven initiatives.

This person will have the opportunity to work on our Global Recruitment Ecosystem, comprised of marketing connectivity, assessments, workday recruitment, interviewing and offer integrations, and much more. The maintenance and optimization of this ecosystem touches millions of annual applicants and hundreds of internal stakeholders across the globe. The team is currently focused on evaluating system functionality and operational structures, along with new implementations and our existing workday footprint.

As a HR Execution Project Manager you will:

  • lead the implementation of a complex multi-year project end to end with multiple systems and countries involved from a Global perspective

  • innovate and initiate new projects within the HR functional area

  • contribute to the effort to deploy global process / system strategy

  • manage a large number of individuals from different areas who are working on the project, including Technology and the line areas

  • coordinate work slate prioritisation for the HR systems

  • be considered a leader within HR; interacting with HR Cluster / Country senior HR, O&T management, as well as to global functional leads

Ideal background:

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the Banking industry and HR

  • experience in Projects roles (5+ years), either as a Program or Project Manager using a structured methodologies to successfully track, plan, monitor and report on concurrent, multiple projects

  • excellent project planning / organizational skills, including the ability to lead project teams towards clear delivery plans across geography, function and other organizational structures

  • extensive years of working in a multi-cultural environment delivering results with virtual teams

  • outstanding presentation and communication skills

  • experience and ease in interfacing with different stakeholder groups (including Technology Teams, Internal Audit, Senior Management, etc.)

  • PMP or other Project Management certification a plus

  • knowledge and experience of HR Talent processes end to end and systems a plus
