Your role and responsibilities

It is a unique role where you can collaborate with and support high-level Executive leaders around Europe among many other experienced
Assistants in the same organization in a multinational environment.
What you will do in this role:
providing daily administrative support for IBM Executives
managing their calendar proactively and effectively
arranging international business trips, meetings, conferences, booking flights and accommodations
processing expenses and reconciliating charge card
collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.

Strong client focus attitude
