We are looking for new team members to our French-speaking team handling recruitment processes for one of our biggest international clients from the aerospace industry - Airbus.
Responsibilities:
Job ad publication (mix of white and blue-collar roles for internships and apprenticeships)
Briefing calls with client’s Hiring Managers
Screening applications and assessing candidates
Preparing shortlists of successful candidates and presenting them to Hiring Managers
Collecting feedback from Manager and advising them
Calling successful candidates and extending the offer
Cooperating with admin team
Who we are looking for:
Previous corporate experience (we don’t require recruitment experience - you can come from e.g. customer-facing roles)
Fluency in French and English - you will use both languages on daily basis
Proactivity and ability to plan ahead - good organizational skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills - to represent Randstad Sourceright externally in a professional way
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-4 times a month in the Budapest office)
Ability to work full time
