Kyndryl DevSecOps Technical Team Lead (Expert) in Budapest, Hungary

The Role

As a DevSecOps team lead, you will take our infrastructure to the next level. Your job will be ensuring the continuous development and maintenance of the devsecops technology stack. Providing the product teams with CI/CD, monitoring environments, applying security best practices. You must be familiar with the idea of ‘infrastructure as a code’, automated processes, scalability, robustness, and tailored cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • technical leadership inside the devsecops team (definition, delegation, review, acceptance)

  • mentoring, skill development for other team members

  • keeping contact with other departments, such us CISO, CTO, SW Architects, and Infrastructure

  • implementation and maintenance of build and deployment systems

  • keep reliability of the devsecops tools the highest

  • following the software development life cycle

  • researching optimal solutions

  • collaborating with other team members

  • offer strategic security measures for the IT development life cycle

  • participating in security governance

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

  • 10 years of experience working as a Dev(Sec)Ops engineer on complex software projects

  • Experience with Java development

  • Running and maintaining complex infrastructure setups

  • CI/CD pipelines

  • Azure on hands experience (certification is a plus)

  • Ansible

  • Docker

  • Kubernetes

  • Scripting experience with Bash/Python

  • Advanced Linux experience

  • Strong security knowledge

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Networking concepts, protocols and security (TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, DNS, VPN)

  • Penetration testing experience

  • Ethical hacking experience

  • Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with Kyndryl
