Customer Service Specialist (Fixed-term: maternity cover)

THE POSITION
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Hungary, Budapest, who:
Keeps and maintains the orders and the parameters in the system (SAP) under the supervision of SCM Manager.
Pro-actively follows up, communicates and look for alternatives for any supply issues.
Reports observations and remarks about any irregular or objectionable operation in the supply chain to the direct superiors in a timely manner.
REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
University/Collage education
Good command of English spoken & written
Hungarian language knowledge is a must
Negotiation and good communication skills
Experience in logistics (3+ years)
Pharma experience is an advantage
Ability to use IT systems, in particular SAP
