Business Analyst
to join our team in Budapest!
The role:
This position is part of the OneSource (Estée Lauder Companies' GBS) organization supporting the Global Transformation team. We are building a team which supports transformation projects with the ELC organization. This role will be responsible for working with internal customers to understand opportunities and create and implement a plan to transform processes where an optimization opportunity exists.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Work with internal customers to understand and document process transformation opportunities.
Understand key customers for the processes and projects.
Run discovery sessions to assess opportunities and obtain customer feedback for current state.
Analysis available operations, customer, and financial data to identify trends and bottle necks.
Utilize optimization best practices to assess best transformation options based on time, money , tech, people resources available.
Create value case based on current state and future state proposal.
Establish project plan and run process end to end to achieve transformation opportunity.
Run comms to key stakeholders as project is run.
Create functional requirements and design for automation transformations.
Work with technology to transfer functional requirements into technical requirements.
Set up structures for future state process changes.
Run tests to test future state solutions with key customers.
Create and deliver training to key stakeholders and support customer adoption along with change partners.
Resolve and escalate issues as they come up through the life of the project.
Continuous improvement support.
Promote transformation mindset and thinking in ELC.
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Background in Transformation, Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline.
Ability to evaluate project requirements and determining the efficiency of operational processes to support deliverables and produce high-quality business outputs.
Experience in defining key performance indicators – develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives.
Experience transforming processes to optimize based on current state and data evaluation.
Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
Knowledge and experience with front line automation technologies – RPA, OCR, Business Process Mapping, Artificial intelligence, workflow, Data & Analytics.
Understanding of how to read and evaluate financial data and create business/value cases.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines.
Proficient in English written and verbal communication.
