Business Analyst

to join our team in Budapest!

The role:

This position is part of the OneSource (Estée Lauder Companies' GBS) organization supporting the Global Transformation team. We are building a team which supports transformation projects with the ELC organization. This role will be responsible for working with internal customers to understand opportunities and create and implement a plan to transform processes where an optimization opportunity exists.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal customers to understand and document process transformation opportunities.

  • Understand key customers for the processes and projects.

  • Run discovery sessions to assess opportunities and obtain customer feedback for current state.

  • Analysis available operations, customer, and financial data to identify trends and bottle necks.

  • Utilize optimization best practices to assess best transformation options based on time, money , tech, people resources available.

  • Create value case based on current state and future state proposal.

  • Establish project plan and run process end to end to achieve transformation opportunity.

  • Run comms to key stakeholders as project is run.

  • Create functional requirements and design for automation transformations.

  • Work with technology to transfer functional requirements into technical requirements.

  • Set up structures for future state process changes.

  • Run tests to test future state solutions with key customers.

  • Create and deliver training to key stakeholders and support customer adoption along with change partners.

  • Resolve and escalate issues as they come up through the life of the project.

  • Continuous improvement support.

  • Promote transformation mindset and thinking in ELC.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Background in Transformation, Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline.

  • Ability to evaluate project requirements and determining the efficiency of operational processes to support deliverables and produce high-quality business outputs.

  • Experience in defining key performance indicators – develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives.

  • Experience transforming processes to optimize based on current state and data evaluation.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

  • Influence stakeholders to support business projects.

  • Knowledge and experience with front line automation technologies – RPA, OCR, Business Process Mapping, Artificial intelligence, workflow, Data & Analytics.

  • Understanding of how to read and evaluate financial data and create business/value cases.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines.

  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication.

  • Budapest, XI. district - Budapest One office

  • We are working in a hybrid structure (10 days per month HO provided)
