ADP Sales Finance Analyst with French in Bucharest, Romania
Job Summary:
Administer sales finance processes with accuracy, completeness, timeliness and in accordance with Sales policy.
Responsibilities :
Provide finance and analytical support to the country and regional Sales Controllers
Maintain a timely and accurate sales finance process and reporting.
Perform Sales reporting and Sales close in accordance to the Monthly Timetable
Provide a daily report of sales performance analysis, to be used within the sales department
Calculate and report annual audits and no starts
Ensuring the implementation progress is maintained to drive accurate reporting of sales backlog
Liaison with Sales and wider business to ensure sales is in line with Global policy, ensuring thus adherence to sales controls
Assist the Sales Controllers/Project Managers or TL in projects to improve efficiency and accuracy
Document or update process documentation accordingly so that the knowledge can be shared across the team and provide training as necessary
Proactively support other team members as they learn and perform the operational sales finance activities while ensuring country rotation
Support the transition into the Sales Database while providing clear checks to evidence the integrity of the figures in the Sales Database and other specific reports
Load Sales numbers into Sales Database and Financial Reporting system Hyperion Planning
Calculate and report Sales associate and Sales Leader commissions
Processing of sales orders including ensuring all back up documentation
Other tasks and responsibilities that are in line with your role
SOX Compliance
Respect and align to ADP Policies and Procedures
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Databases
Oracle and Hyperion Planning experience is a plus
Good spoken and written English; French - B2 level
