This management position within the Renewal Sales organization includes a range of responsibilities; the team will focus on driving Renewals across North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). This management position will be responsible to drive results within the team and collaborate with peers across Renewal Sales. In this role, you will:
Direct and manage a team of Renewal Sales representatives in the SMB (small/medium business) space from quote to close
Deliver on expectations to meet or exceed sales targets
Assist team members in closing complex deals, executing on team responsibilities, and navigating the Renewals environment
Partner with peers across Renewal Sales to solve issues and improve effectiveness
Resolve escalations from customers and peers within Renewals
Coach team on selling skills, quoting skills, and the usage of various selling and quoting tools
Ensure consistent and meaningful training to hone and expand the skillset of the team
5+ years relevant experience
A keen focus on customer satisfaction and results
Strong leadership skills and comfortability in managing a diverse team
Experience in relevant sales and quoting systems
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive improvement and results
Fluent English is required and an additional language would be a plus
