The Supply Planning role is to ensure excellence in execution of Finished Goods Sourcing & Replenishment:

• Conducting inter - company sourcing and manage inventory levels of the agreed product group to ensure product availability in the right quantity, at the right time and with the right freshness.

• Achieving cost and time efficient sourcing strategy according to the Business plan of the company

• Supplying sufficient stock into the local distribution network to meet customer orders and any dependent demand needs in order to deliver sales plans, customer service, profit and inventory through high levels of product availability at optimized cost.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Supply planner axis as well as ensuring great connections with all the other departments (Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Category Planning).

  • Based on given forecast plan and known inventory policy, monitor the proper stock replenishment for the assigned products group.

  • Reduce short shelf-life risk, minimize cost impact and maximize availability while achieving optimal inventory levels for assigned products.

  • Calculate, set and agree with HUBs the optimal stock levels between min & maximum boundaries for the products in allocated portfolio.

  • Monitor slow moving products and propose potential solutions during meetings with the stakeholders.

  • Perform ATP stock check report and communicate to CS&L, Commercial and factories availability status and mitigate foreseen issues.

  • Align processes with Mondelez Plants and Co-Manufacturers and manage communication to maximize efficiencies within the supply chain.

  • Ensure correct and on-time data submission for weekly replenishment cycle:

  • Regularly keep track of production plans/allocations for assigned product category per plant and initiate corrections if necessary, (production plan vs. forecast).

  • Ensure the KPI reports, and tasks are submitted on time in order to highlight potential challenges and also to help having a smooth flow of communication within the CS&L

  • Constantly control and improve tools, reports and processes.

  • Ensure proper coverage development per SKU through various simulations and provide feedback with proposed actions/solutions/information to the respective stakeholders.

  • Manage stock coverage during sales activities, by performing stock development checks with trade activity documents (eg. Promo, TAR).

  • Provide reason codes for unavailability of products to customers, driven by production issue.

  • Daily loads planning and prioritization of shipments from assigned production facilities to warehouses/distribution centres/co-packers/customers.

  • Ensuring Seasonal products (Xmas / Easter) are delivered in full and on time in order to meet Commercial plans

  • Develop routine and ad-hoc supply related reports for local relevant stakeholders

What you will bring

  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint

  • Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment

  • Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
