Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates! For our Company Management department (fiduciary services), we're currently looking for an Accountant. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and accounting tasks for companies (SPV’s) active in the real estate sector (mainly letting out of offices, logistics buildings and retail spaces and real estate development). You will be part of a team of 5 people and report to the Head of Company Management.This is your chance to shine if you want to develop yourself in the fiduciary environment servicing the real estate sector.

What’s in it for you?
Review and validate daily cash receipts/cash management process ensuring accuracy and on time completion: booking of the suppliers’ and customer invoices, bank statements, miscellaneous operations (deferrals, accruals, amortizations, …)
To assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports and other reporting
To assist with the preparation of periodical VAT-returns
Assist with the annual audits
Provide responsive service to clients and other stake holders
Let’s talk about you
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent experience
You have a first experience in accounting
A good knowledge of Excel is a must
Previous experience with Yardi and/or BOB is a plus
You are fluent in either French or Dutch with a good level of the other language. Above that you have a good level of verbal and written communication skills in English
