We are looking for a Talent Management Leader to join our People team in Brussels .
Your Role:
Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the People Plan.
Coordinate and follow up on various talent attraction and talent management processes.
Lead the implementation of specific plans related to engagement, working environment, and wellbeing.
Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage and coordinate communication actions related to People initiatives.

Your profile:
5 years of experience, preferably in an international environment.
Strong knowledge of performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement best practices.
Knowledge of local employment law and HR compliance.
Proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for HR and people management.
Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and driving employee engagement.
Good communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
