Join Our Team as a Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) Instructor!

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young adults? Do you have a minimum of one year of teaching or related experience? If so, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our team as a MAA Instructor at the Brunswick Job Corps Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide industry-recognized instruction and training in the Career Technical Training Center, leading students to full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training.

  • Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.

  • Provide students with comprehensive and individualized case management to ensure progress, achievement, and completion of the Job Corps program.

  • Offer quality career technical training that leads to student placement and provide job leads and placement monitoring for all graduates.

  • Maintain a well-organized and conducive classroom environment, holding students accountable for following the center's dress code and behavioral standards of conduct.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of teaching or related experience.

  • Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state where the center is located or accredited by a professional trade organization.

  • Previous Job Corps experience preferred.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and meeting company insurability requirements.
