is seeking CHEFS (multiple positions available) in Brownsville, TEXAS to plan menus, cook, prepare and direct the preparation of Chinese styled dishes and other food according to recipes. Prepare and direct others in the preparation of meats, soups, sauces, vegetables, and other food prior to cooking. Direct and supervise others in the cooking of various Chinese and Asian influenced dishes according to recipes or prescribed methods. Seasons and cooks Chinese styled food and dishes according to prescribed methods and recipe. Serve portions and garnish food. Assist in ordering foodstuffs, plans menus, and develops new dishes for the menu. Supervise culinary staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
24 months of experience as Chef, Cook, or related positions.
