Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at a Food & Beverage facility. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with experience in handling electrical systems , particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs on conveyors, pumps, boilers, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers.
Responsibilities
Experience with conveyors , including hightoll and interlock conveyors
Experience with motor controls and VFDs
Operate and maintain all plant and facility support equipment, including but not limited to ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC systems, and steam system.
Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
Follow and adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures at all times.
Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards as well as HACCP compliance and other food safety and workplace safety initiatives.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
