The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated engineer to aid in development of a Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) to provide Target's Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team with a custom workflow solution. You will be helping create the tooling to enable CTI to visualize and navigate the constantly shifting threat landscape, and to distill relevant intelligence to create active detections within Target's Cyber Defense. You will work closely with end users to create innovative solutions that bridge the gap between cyber security intelligence and cyber threat detection. Security knowledge would be helpful, but not required.

About You
Basic Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
3+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation from requirement to production
Demonstrated sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements
Expertise in Full-stack development: Frontend, Backend & Database
Expertise in Javascript and Python
Expertise in one of the following frontend frameworks: Angular, Vue, React
Familiarity with cloud native development: Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud
Preferred Requirements:
Development expertise in Python backend frameworks such as Flask or Fastapi
Expertise in React.js
Expertise in UX and UI design
Expertise in Unix/Linux administration, Kubernetes, Google cloud
Expertise in data extract, transform, and load pipelines
Expertise in Redis, Kafka, or other Message Queue systems
Expertise in Database administration: Postgres, ElasticSearch
Expertise in implementing CI/CD such as: Vela, drone.io, or Github Actions
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
