Are you ready to elevate your digital marketing career? Join our dynamic global marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and help us execute innovative campaigns that make an impact! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate: Work with Marketing leadership to develop and implement digital strategies and campaigns for our business units. Engage Audiences: Grow and maintain target audiences through effective segmentation and outreach. Analyze Data: Monitor performance metrics across digital channels and provide actionable insights. Optimize SEO: Enhance our website's organic performance with SEO best practices. Manage Website: Ensure our company website is up-to-date and user-friendly through regular audits and updates. Create Content: Develop engaging social media collateral and email communications. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Qualifications What You Bring: Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years in marketing or communications with a focus on branding, messaging, and analytics. Skills: Proficiency in SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools. Design skills are a plus. Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused with strong analytical and creative abilities. Pay range for this position is $55,000 to $78,000 depending on education and experience.
