Job Summary
The HR Program Manager leads a portfolio of HR projects. Projects often include the automation and simplification of manual/complex processes and enhancing the manager and employee experience based on data insights and user feedback.
Responsibilities
Practices project management disciplines to lead HR projects through the full cycle, from ideation to post-implementation governance.
Actively assesses the employee experience to continually test, learn and understand impact. Maps the employee experience and business process from current through desired state.
Establishes and monitors performance against key performance indicators.
Establishes and manages governance of solutions.
Leverages cross-functional team of experts in a collaborative and inclusive manner.
Develops and leads stakeholder analysis and change management plan.
Manages appropriate external vendor relationships and drives accountability for SLAs and effective partnership.
Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
Experience Qualifications
3+ years Demonstrated project management experience, including ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements(required)
3+ years Demonstrated sense of urgency, adaptability and resourcefulness with a bias for action (required)
