Behavioral Insights (US) Inc. Senior Advisor in Brooklyn, New York

Behavioral Insights (US) Inc. seeks to hire a Senior Advisor to: 1.Identify and develop behavioral interventions by analyzing qualitative data to derive meaningful insights using analysis software including AtlasTi, as well as research, identify, and apply relevant behavioral science interventions to enhance the design of communications, processes, and program concepts.2.Design and oversee randomized controlled trials (RCTs) both in field and online settings and manage data and conduct survey programming using Survey CTO.3.Conduct and review randomizations, performing descriptive and multiple regression analysis, and conduct statistical tests, including power calculations and sample size calculations using tools including Stata and R.4.Plan and conduct qualitative field studies and research using in depth interviews and focus groups and lead the development and execution of these studies to gain insights into target populations as well as inform the design of behavioral interventions, and develop effective program strategies.5.Manage and coordinate projects and portfolios using software tools including Vantage Point and Power BI to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.6.Oversee tasks, timelines, and work plan development within a portfolio and proactively anticipate project needs and potential challenges; develop budgets and negotiate contractual terms and allocate resources to ensure seamless project execution.7.Drive business growth by crafting compelling proposals that align with client needs, demonstrating how behavioral science can drive business goals and social impact.8.Foster robust client relationships and concurrently build and maintain partnerships with government and nonprofit officials to foster social change.9.Develop tools, processes, and templates that streamline business development and project delivery activities to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent high-quality work.10.Direct project delivery to meet and exceed client expectations by managing risk, addressing equity concerns, and adhering to quality assurance processes.11.Conduct quantitative research, design survey questionnaires, and supervise data collection; review the team’s work, ensuring all outputs meet the organization's high quality standards and align with best practices in behavioral science.May telecommute. Travel Requirements: 10% travel within the United States to present at conferences and meet with clients.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Public Affairs, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field plus three (3) years’ experience in the job offered or related.  Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include: a.Conducting statistical tests, power calculations, and sample size calculations, using tools including STATA and R.b.Conducting quantitative research, designing survey questionnaires, and supervising data collection.c.Planning and conducting qualitative field studies using in-depth interviews and focus groups.d.Analyzing qualitative data to derive meaningful insights using analysis software including AtlasTi.e.Building and maintaining partnerships with government and nonprofit officials to foster social change.f.Managing data and conducting survey programming using Survey CTO.g.Analyzing social network data using Gephy.

Minimum Salary: 103000 Maximum Salary: 135000 Salary Unit: Yearly
