JPMorgan Chase Project Manager- Credit Derivatives in Brooklyn, New York

As a Project Manager- Business Analysis Market Operations in Athena Implementation Program, you'll participate in projects and provide support for various initiatives and any associated business transformation projects. Specifically, the new hire will be tasked with Athena rollout for Credit Derivatives business in North America region and will report into Global Implementation lead.

Job responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and facilitate requirement review sessions with stakeholders and track and ensure completion of project deliverables

  • Preparation of Testing Strategies and Management of User Acceptance Testing and co-ordination of End to End testing including environments, dates, resources, etc...

  • Gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications

  • Support through understand of user experience to aid support in defect troubleshooting and facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects

  • Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement

  • Prepare documentation for Management level updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years' of experience and proven ability to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications.

  • Proven record in implementing projects at large scale and knowledge of Credit Derivatives products.

  • Experience managing projects - strong organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments

  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independently and excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment

  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, Jira.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years' of experience and ability that is proven to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with enough understanding of the business to understand the risk and any relevant implications.

  • Technical skills in python/ advanced excel and Alteryx.
