JPMorgan Chase ERISA and Trust Oversight - Vice President in Brooklyn, New York

Position Summary:

This role is to manage day to day activities involving ERISA and Trust clients and projects and to manage/run programs designed to improve the control environment, increase automation, and improve the client experience for fiduciary/ERISA clients.

As an ERISA and Trust Oversight Vice President within our team, you will manage day-to-day activities involving ERISA and Trust clients and projects. You will also manage programs designed to improve the control environment, increase automation, and enhance the client experience for fiduciary/ERISA clients. This role requires critical thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to promote change across the organization.

Job responsibilities:

  • Own the fiduciary account review process as well as a number of other regulatory required functions.

  • Performing various processes and oversight responsibilities to fulfill our role as service provider for Trust and ERISA client, assessing issues to determine proper escalation and remediation path.

  • Manage certain regulatory oversight roles and responsibilities.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for trust and ERISA issues impacting the client base: Work with Sales, Client Service, Product, Operations and Technology on day to day matters and client queries.

  • Liaise with Legal, Compliance and Risk to highlight any concerns and remediate problems.

  • Participate with Oversight and Control to institute frameworks related to fiduciary, ERISA and Conflicts of Interest.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Knowledge of core and key fiduciary responsibilities pursuant to OCC's CFR Part 9 and ERISA for directed trustees.

  • Ability to navigate and assess risk situations impacting ERISA and Trust clients, working across a number of internal disciplines (Product Teams, Client Service, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance) to engage and drive a conclusion.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across multiple constituents and disciplines.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage project, meet monthly, quarterly, annual deadlines and communication progress to management and other key stakeholders.

Base Pay/Salary

NY $104,500.00 - $200,000.00 / year
