Description
Ensure program quality and compliance through data-driven decisions. Conduct data collection and program performance evaluation for both the CCBHC project and the Highland Park Clinic; Prepare detailed reports for analysis, visualizations, and refreshed dashboards. This is a full-time 40-hour week exempt salaried position, utilizing a flex schedule.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Conduct data collection and program performance evaluation at several different levels to ensure operational fidelity and overall clinical performance.
Ensure all assessment and treatment tools are consistently administered and report inconsistencies.
Administer the NOMS at scheduled intervals.
Collaborate with other key stakeholders to develop integrated data sets.
Prepare detailed reports for analysis, visualizations, and refreshed dashboards.
Coordinate with the QI team to develop reports and dashboards that inform quality improvement.
Assist administrative staff in collection of information for program effectiveness.
Serve an integral role on the CCBHC multidisciplinary team.
Serve as a data lead for clinical evaluation projects.
Participate in training programs, as appropriate.
And other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Attention to detail and strong research skills.
Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and structuring large data sets.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in social/human services or related area of service and exhibit an understanding of the health care system; or associate degree plus 2 years of above experience; or High School diploma/G.E.D. plus 4 years of above experience. Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team.
