Oversee and maintain computer system at restaurant. Diagnose and resolve computer, Windows server and network problems. Install, test, maintain and update system software and hardware used for order entry, accounting and sales data, food inventory, food vendors, payroll, web and online ordering platforms, food delivery apps, catering management. Provide user assistance to resolve information technology issues. Analyze IT system processes, use databases and Excel spreadsheets for data management, Track system data, restaurant applications and communications on network. Update access points in real time. Ensure proper systems operation, maintain database and restaurant applications. Perform IT security and back up operations.
