JOB SUMMARY: SIGN-ON BONUS LCSW $5,000 LMSW $2,500 The OLP-Youth & Family Counselor is a non-physician licensed behavioral health practitioner able to practice independently, who must perform services within the practitioner’s scope of practice. The services provided are expected to more effectively engage children, youth and families/caregivers who may have difficulty engaging in traditional clinic-based settings. The clinical services provided are intended to help prevent the progression of behavioral health needs through early identification and intervention and may be provided to children/youth in need of assessment for whom behavioral health conditions have not yet been diagnosed, including but not limited to children ages 0-5.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: -Licensed Psychoanalysts -Licensed Clinical Social Workers -Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists -Licensed Mental Health Counselors -Licensed Masters Social Workers when under the supervision of licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), -Licensed Psychologists. -Minimum 3 years experience working with children in foster care and/ or mental health----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
Minimum Salary: 75,000 Maximum Salary: 80,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
