Super AMS Group Inc. Head of Social Media/Marketing/Outreach in Bronx, New York

This role is essential in driving our marketing efforts, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with our audience through various platforms.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive social media, marketing, and outreach strategies aligned with company goals;Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends;Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.Content Creation and Management:Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials;Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts;Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company values.Social Media Management:Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others;Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a community around the brand;Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as necessary.Marketing Campaigns:Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns;Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials;Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Outreach and Partnerships:Identify and build relationships with key influencers, partners, and organizations;Develop and manage outreach programs to increase brand visibility and engagement;Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals;Foster a collaborative and creative work environment;Set clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources;Monitor expenses and ROI to optimize budget usage;Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.Reporting and Analytics:Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media, marketing, and outreach efforts;Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators and present findings to senior leadership;Continuously refine strategies based on data insights.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Leadership, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media, marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a staffing or management services industry.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Being proficient in foreign languages is an advantage.Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of relevant work to the email address: superamsgroupinc@gmail.comPlease include "Head of Social Media/Marketing/Outreach" in the subject line.
