We are looking for an Industrial Engineer in our Broken Arrow, OK facility

Roles and Responsibilities

Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods.

  • Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, equipment layout and Material Flow.

  • Assures product and process quality by designing manufacturing and/or testing methods; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.

  • Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.

  • Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Completes improvement projects by training and guiding technicians.

  • Analyze production capacities in order to introduce new part numbers and consider all aspects required, Labor/tools/Equipments, Layout change etc.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 3-5validated experience in manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with including time and motion to improve labor standards and production efficiency

  • Experience with Bill of Material structure to develop and ensure material presentation and efficient organized layout.

  • Process mapping (including manufacturing and administrative/support) to identify potential improvements.

  • Experience in Low-Cost project Automation and Dashboards implementation such as OEE, KPIs metrics SQDCI.

  • Experience with plant and equipment layout and infrastructure and ability to creates and documents factory workstation/cell layouts.

  • Ability to perform cost analysis such as return on investment to support improvements and investments such as CAPEX.

  • Design of workstations/Material storage following ergonomic and safety standards, Kanban Methodology, Creative problem-solving skills (5 whys, Ishikawa Diagram)

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Be a driver to conduct 5S philosophy and Kaizen as Organizational Culture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management or team leadership experience with proven delivery of improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of SAP.

  • Knowledge of Autocad

  • Lean Training/ TPS certificate

  • The pay range for this position is $72-$97K. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
