Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brockton, Massachusetts. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, providing an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic and supportive work environment. The role involves working onsite and requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively assist customers and support operations.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and route service drivers, ensuring all inquiries and messages are effectively relayed.
• Utilize internal chat systems to provide drivers with timely updates, instructions, and solutions to customer concerns.
• Manage and update driver schedules and routes in the system to accommodate service changes or customer requests.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Customer Service and Operations teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and order processing, ensuring all information is up to date.
• Coordinate appointments and schedules to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Respond to customer emails with professionalism and clarity, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain reports and documentation related to customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong skills in data entry and order processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and the ability to communicate effectively through written channels.
• Competence in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in Brockton, Massachusetts, Monday through Friday.
