Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will perform various assembly tasks, with a focus on choosing the correct components for specific assembly processes. This role requires the use of air power tools and hand tools, and occasionally involves making adjustments to ensure proper fit. A keen eye for detail is essential, along with strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble sinks following technical drawings and blueprints to understand assembly requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to maintain production efficiency.

  • Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize assembly procedures.

  • Choose appropriate components for specified assembly procedures.

  • Utilize air power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.

  • Adjust components to ensure correct assembly fit.

  • Follow safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing Assembly - 2-5 years.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.33 - $21.33/hr.
