JOB SUMMARY:

This position will utilize all our operation applications to help build, sell, and manage Customer Value Agreements (CVA). The Senior CVA Specialist aids in overseeing day-to-day CVA operations and providing support and direction to the CVA team. This role will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert for all things CVA.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.

  • 3+ years’ experience in service and/or administration.

  • Experience leading small teams with a successful track record.

  • Technical Trade School diploma or associate degree preferred.

    KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in service and warranty.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft applications.

  • Very organized individual, and able to work individually or as a team.

  • Strong customer service skills.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
