Job Description:

• Contributes to process optimization in his//her field.

• Manages processes according to the customer requirements

• Confirms that all risks are managed and considered before implementing any process change

• Records overall production flow, performs analysis and proposes corrective actions

• Performs calculations to analyze and evaluate the performance of equipment and systems

• Transfers specific know-how to operations

• Prepares investment proposals in order to improve the process

• Consults and exchanges information with the process engineer in charge of all zones in order to share improvements and methods of problem-solving with other operations

• Ensures that capital projects approved for the plant are implemented in accordance with the defined objectives, respecting the specified budget

• Prepares regular reports

• Ensures the availability of products by analyses, inspections, and tests to make sure that the products are in accordance with the specification required by the client

• Prepares and proposes corrective action plans to Plant Manager in order to prevent future customer complaints

• Provides and improves management and organization in the Plant

• Ensures safety of employees and improves working conditions of employees.

• Actively participates on process of determination of objectives and evaluation of employees

• Assists management in the area of development training programs

• Identifies training needs for personnel under his coordination

• Verifies compliance with occupational health and safety policies

• Ensures good relations with local authorities

• Analyzes and proposes measures with regard to the Quality and Environment

• Management System paying regard to preparation of the environment management plan

• Implements and supports the waste separation

• Validates manufacturing process in terms of Occupational safety and health and environmental protection

Requirements and knowledge:

• Good global technical knowledge, expert technical knowledge of furnace processes

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental legislation

• Knowledge of technical standards

• Project Management knowledge is an advantage

• Warehouse management is an advantage

• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Min. 5-year practice in a manufacturing plant in heavy industry

• English language- active (B2)

• Leadership, Result oriented, Team spirit, Delegation

• Analytical skill, Problem solving

• Flexibility , Assertiveness

• Fluent knowledge of the Czech language
