Regional Manager – Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)

What You Will Do
Lead a national team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive the strategic direction and execution of sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
Build and strengthen relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, and industry stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand our CMF presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support and service.
Who you are – required experience
This role is only for experienced leaders from the medical technology, healthcare, or a closely related industry . If you haven't worked in or sold into hospitals, surgical specialties, or clinical environments — please don’t apply .
We’re looking for someone who has led sales teams before and knows how to coach, motivate, and drive results.
Minimum 4 years' experience in sales management
Proven background in medical technology, healthcare, or similar industry
Track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong commercial mindset with a history of delivering business growth
Exceptional relationship-builder and communicator at all levels
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field
