At CBRE we plan, design, and build spaces that support how you live, work and play. Nationally, our capabilities lie in both principal delivery and client-side project management, our Brisbane team focusing currently on pure project management across a broad range of projects.
The Opportunity
A Project Manager to join our consultancy team
Able to deliver multiple commercial and/or retail projects at any one time
We typically work across Capex projects up to $5m involving services upgrades, entry refurbishments, on floor and lobby refurbishments / amenities
Collaborate with other CBRE business lines
Hybrid working
As the successful candidate you will have:
Project Manager with client side (consultancy) experience
Able to effectively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
Able to implement robust risk management strategies and proactively address any challenges.
The ability to lead projects and work as part of a broader collaborative team.
