Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Maintenance Technician to install and maintain machinery and equipment in industrial establishment. Scheduled work hours are from 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday through Friday. THE DAY TO DAY... Safe operation of machines and tools Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Dismantles machines Moves machinery and equipment Assembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails Aligns machines and equipment Assembles machines, and bolds, welds and rivets or otherwise fastens them to structures Repairs and lubricates machines and equipment Complete preventative and total productive maintenance THE QUALIFICATIONS... High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Minimum two years industry experience and/or training Strong language, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills needed Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs THE WORK ENVIRONMENT Able to frequently walk, sit and use hands to handle or feel Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally Must wear required Personal...
