As Rewards and Benefits specialist you’ll support North America Compensation COE data analytics and program management responsibilities and analyze detailed US data to track plan benefits participation and develop forecasts on health care costs and trends on a monthly basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes US Health and Welfare, Retirement (i.e. qualified and nonqualified defined contribution and defined benefit plans) and other plans such as wellness programs to project costs, develop trends and determine patterns.

  • Periodically run reports and compile data from US H&W administration system and/or carrier websites, 401(k) recordkeeping system and HRIS (Workday).

  • Develops and maintains strong partnership with People Excellence COE.

  • Helps ensure that compensation data reports are accurate and partners with DSM to fix as needed.

  • Supports Compensation COE Program Manager on COE-specific programs (comp planning, recognition, market surveys, etc.)

  • Assists in monitoring TPI-DAB Program for Commercial GBUs

  • Provides assistance on annual Legal Pay Equity exercises across region

About You:

  • Bachelors Degree required.

  • 2-4 years experience of employee benefits (Retirement and/or H&W in either consulting or corporate) and/or compensation preferred.

  • Working knowledge of ERISA and other legal requirements related to the administration of employee benefits and familiarity with group health and retirement benefits.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills including PC financial modeling are essential. Familiarity with Workday a plus.

  • Oral and written communication skills relating to all management levels, vendors and plan participants.

  • Ability to work in a team environment. World at Work or other related certification preferred.
