Oracle Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager in Bridgewater, New Jersey
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

In this new role, you ll help CX outbound product management keep our internal stakeholders informed and armed with the right assets, and equipped to deliver high-quality content and events. Though working mostly behind the scenes, you ll have a positive impact on the visibility of CX OPM, evangelizing our content internally and building important relationships with global teams supporting the CX business. You ll have lots of variety and excitement as you play a part in the continued growth and success of the CX product organization.
Organize, maintain, and improve the communication and distribution of information from CX OPM to global Oracle CX internal and partner community.
Support key initiatives with administrative and logistical support, project management, internal communications, and stakeholder enablement.
Maintain and improve the CX internal asset portal (branding, presentations, content, message reference materials, etc.). Evangelize the portal to increase usage. Measure and analyze usage to inform the development of new assets.
Develop and manage key internal email distribution lists and communication channels.
Maintain a master CX event and meeting calendar to aid in planning, scheduling, and resource commitments.
Support website maintenance and strategic initiatives
o Track page status and web change requests
o Track web projects and coordinate tasks with subject matter experts and development teams as needed.
o Assist in preparing monthly reports to track content and page analytics.
- Support CX OPM at major Oracle events (OpenWorld, Modern)
o Assist with speaker communication and enablement.
o Assist with entering and maintaining session information using the content catalog tool.
o Organize and maintain staffing lists and approvals.
Bachelor s Degree
3 years experience in a similar marketing role, or a support role within a marketing organization that included website / content mangement, marketing adminstration, event management.
Organized, detail-oriented, with superior project management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable initiating and building new relationships and influencing others without formal authority.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a geographically scattered organization.
Proficiency in standard business productivity (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration software for planning and tracking projects.
Experience using a content management system is a plus.
Able to perform within tight deadlines across a variety of teams in a fast-moving setting. Must juggle multiple tasks and projects while maintaining calm and professionalism.
Some travel required for internal meetings and events. Approximately 3-4 times/year.
