Swing Manager & Breakfast Coordinator - Lead Our Morning Team at McDonald’s!

McDonald’s is hiring a Swing Manager & Breakfast Coordinator to oversee breakfast operations, manage the team, and ensure top-notch guest experiences. Weekend availability and starting shifts as early as 4 AM are required.
Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour, with bi-annual performance reviews and raises for those who excel.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee Breakfast Operations: Lead the morning team to prepare and serve fresh, high-quality breakfast items quickly and efficiently.
• Manage Shifts: Ensure smooth operations during breakfast and other shifts, maintaining high standards for service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate Deliveries: Oversee morning deliveries, ensuring products are received, stored, and stocked properly.
• Follow Up on Maintenance Tasks: Monitor restaurant equipment and facilities, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Inspire and Develop: Coach and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure Quality and Safety: Enforce compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Plan and Organize: Manage breakfast-specific inventory and plan for peak hours to exceed guest expectations.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and quickly resolve any concerns.
